During my carreer, I’ve had the privilege of playing a key role in some of Johnson & Johnson's most critical R&D programs. This experience allowed me to develop deep expertise in project management, smart integrated planning, and acceleration leadership—helping teams navigate complexity and deliver results. 

Fueled by a passion for biotech innovation and a drive to bring smarter project management solutions to the industry, I founded SEQUENTIQ in 2023. My mission is simple: to empower teams with the strategic guidance, tools, and leadership they need to drive drug development forward—faster and more efficiently.
